Ascot Brass now regularly rehearses at Maidenhead Salvation Army Citadel, and on 9th March it also became the venue for the band's first concert of 2019, together with the citadel's Maidenhead Songsters. New items in the band's repertoire included Suppe's Morning, Noon and Night in Vienna and Christopher Wormald's arrangement of the theme from 42nd Street. Soloists were Mark Dallas on cornet, with You Raise Me Up, and Peter Finch and guest euphonium Charley Brighton playing the duet Deep Inside the Temple.
